Quality Supervisor – Plough & Cultivator Manufacturing Location: Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control Reporting To: QC Manager Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: 1–3 years Job Responsibilities Inspect ploughs, cultivators, and fabricated agricultural implements as per quality standards. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Perform dimensional inspection using a Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Conduct basic welding and fabrication quality inspections. Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions. Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation. Update quality records and reports using MS Excel. Ensure products meet required specifications before final dispatch. Candidate Requirements Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred; B.E./B. Tech (Mechanical) candidates can also apply. 1–3 years of experience in fabrication, agricultural implements, or auto-component manufacturing. Good knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection. Hands-on experience with measuring instruments. Basic knowledge of welding inspection and fabrication processes. Good MS Excel and quality documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
